Tamar Cards operates in Thailand under Project L.I.F.E. Foundation Company number: 107/2530. Project L.I.F.E. is a non-profit entity that is registered under the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security of the Royal Thai Government.
Tamar Center is supported by the Netherlands Center St. Tamar Thailand.
Tamar Center Foundation is registered with the Thai Chamber of Commerce number 24.34.65.54. Tax identification number of the foundation is 8121.61.555. The Foundation is designated as ANBI by the tax.

Delivery time:
Tamar Center seeks to deliver your order(s) as soon as possible. In general, the orders will be sent through SAL, which takes approximately 15-20 working days.
Estimated delivery time will be indicated in the final confirmation of the shipment. If an item is not in stock we will let you know by email what the expected delivery time will be. When an order of more than 200 cards is placed, the delivery time may be longer. We will let you know by email within two business days to notify you of the estimated delivery date.
If the delivery time is longer than expected please contact us.
If you have special requirements with respect to the delivery, we request you to please email us to let us know so we can help to accommodate those needs.
During November – December, Christmas season, all Christmas orders will be shipped by airmail. Estimated delivery will be 7-10 days.
Returns and cancellation policy:
If an article(s) is damaged when it arrives, explaining the nature of the damage article(s). You can then return the shipment to us. The shipping costs will be covered by the Tamar Center if the product is returned due to damage.
In consultation with you will be sent a new order or your money will be returned to you.
A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.
Cooling off period:
Due to the cards being handmade for each individual order a 7 day cooling off period applies once an order has been placed with Tamar Cards. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.
Postage and shipping:
All prices include shipping costs.
Protecting your privacy:
All personal information given to place an order will be used solely for banking and accounting purposes. The information is never made available to third parties.
Complaints:
If you have complaints about the placing or completing the order, the delivery of the goods or any other enquiries/complaints, please contact Tamar Center as soon as possible by email to inform them of the complaint.
